All prices are in Canadian dollars per person, with exception for cruises with Oceania Cruises, which are listed in US funds. All prices are based on double occupancy and are available at time of printing (August 2007). Single occupancy rates for our cruise/tours are upon request. Prices are subject to availability at time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Please note that all itineraries are subject to change without notice at anytime. |

All our prices include your cruise with all your meals, entertainment and activities, round trip airfare from Toronto, transfers from airport to pier/hotel, all your shipboard gratuities (tipping) and all port and departure taxes (except for local taxes, that are payable by cash in person) such as airport improvement fees or visa entry fee to some countries, which can not be pre-collected in advance by the cruise line and/or airline. |

Deposit requirements on our cruise/tours are listed below each itinerary. A $250.00 per person non-refundable fee will be charged on all reservations that are cancelled prior to the final payment. For River Cruises a penalty of $500.00 per person will apply prior to the final payment. After final payment is made further penalties will apply. Please note that final penalties for our cruise/tours are as follow: 30 days or less prior to departure 100% penalties will apply, no refunds will be made. |

Reservations made without deposit are held for 3 days (72 hours) on option. For cruises that depart less than 4 months (120 days) only a 24 hour option, before a deposit is required. |

All prices are subject to any new taxes, surcharges (e.g. fuel surcharge) that may be imposed by the airlines and/or the cruise lines. |

First class hotel stays are included and some meals with your cruise (where stated) in the cruise/tour itinerary. |

Most of our cruise/tours in this brochure are fully escorted from Toronto. *A minimum number of 25 participants is required to have an escort/host from our office. If the number of participants falls below the required minimum, the cruise/tour will not be escorted, the price and inclusions are still protected/guaranteed by Expo Cruises & Tours Inc. |

If airfare for your cruise is provided by the cruise line, it is “entirely” at their discretion, as to the airline and flight schedule to be used. In most cases they are not assigned until 3 to 4 weeks prior to your departure. This is beyond Expo Cruises and Tours’ Inc. control. Any requests as to specific airline choice/ assignments or flight schedule can be processed as an “air deviation request” with the cruise line. These requests always involve extra non-refundable charges imposed by the cruise lines. Please note that, there may be also a “differential fare difference” on top of the “deviation fee”, please ask one of our agents for more information. |

On some occasions a booking also can be made on a “guarantee basis”, which means that a certain rate is paid for a specific category in an inside or outside stateroom. This guarantees a stateroom by the cruise line at the category paid for or higher at no additional cost. The cruise line will assign at their discretion a cabin at any time up to the day of sailing. No changes are allowed after your cabin has been assigned by the cruise line. |

Expo Cruises and Tours Inc. strongly recommends Travel Insurance coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical, baggage, flight delay, due to weather etc. All insurance premiums must be issued at time of booking and are non-refundable after they have been issued. |

Travel documents and information on “shore excursions” and prices are usually provided by the cruise lines with your cruise documents, about 2 - 3 weeks prior to your departure. |

Most of our cruise/tour departures are limited to a specific number of participants, therefore early booking is recommended. All these packages with all-inclusive prices can only be booked through Expo Cruises & Tours Inc. |

Please be advised that your Passport must be valid for at least 6 months upon the return from your trip. |
